Scowl are “Shot Down” in newest video

80’s hardcore-style band Scowl have released a new single and follow-up to “Opening Night”.  The song is called “Shot Down” and it comes from their recently-announced Psychic Dance Routine EP, due out 07 Apr 2023 via Flatspot Records.
