Boston acoustic folk/indie musician Seth Hanson will be releasing a new LP at the start of December, and has revealed the first single/video from the album. “66 Bus Prayer” comes off of Exiting the Highway, Hanson’s sophomore LP following 2018’s Not Too Deep. It will be released 01 Dec 2023 via Dollhouse Lightning on cassette, digital DL, and streaming.
The single itself an earnest charm and those slight little delays in the cadence of the vocal delivery that are so catchy. There’s drums, too, but it appears that they’re provided solely for this song (the album features three guest musicians at various points).
