Japanese melodic punks SHIMA have released a new single and video, “M.a.D”, from their upcoming album. The acronym for the title stands for “Mosh and Dive” and, for the video, the band cleverly inserts themselves into a late 80s-era fighting game, á la Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat, each with special fighting moves and more.
That track comes from the upcoming album Flakes, which us due out 04 May 2022 via Caffeine Bomb Records. The new album follows up their Sep 2021 EP MAKE IT MAKE IT, also via Caffeine Bomb.
