Based out of Trondheim, NO, comprised of Norwegian and Swedish members and formed during the pandemic, Slitasje (which DeepL tells me translates to “Wear & Tear” or “Abrasion”) have announced their debut EP Mandag Morgon (trans.- Monday Morning), which will be released 28 Jun 2024 via Dirt Cult Records.
Along with the announcement, the band has released the first single from the album “Ett Liv.” It follows up their 2023 debut single “En slags love song.” The track is parts garage rock, street punk, fuzz rock, and more.

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area.
