Well this is a bit of a shock! Bad Time Records has surprise-released the next album in the Wavebreaker series of splits and, for this one, the label yanked New Jersey skacore act Folly back into the studio for their first new music in 10 years. Joining them for the split is fellow New Jerseyians(?) The Best of the Worst.
The two-track split is available as a digital download, but that’s not where the magic is at. The album is also available on 12″ picture disk as well as 7″ in multiple color options, and all of them are very limited edition. There are also merch bundles available.
You can swing by the Folly or The Best of the Worst Bandcamp pages to purchase from the bands (but not every variant is available), or head over to the Bad Time web store where all variants are listed.
Both bands are also touring down their way to The Fest this year. So check out the new split below and, underneath, tour dates galore! (note- the embedded stream below is from Folly’s BC page)

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
