Long-time staple of internet music-nerdom Stereogum announced on Monday that in an effort to keep their door's open, they are releasing Save Stereogum: An '00s Covers Comp . Stereogum recently bought itself back from Billboard-The Hollywood Reporter Media Group in January after the media conglomerate announced via email that both Stereogum and its sister company Spin‘s “brand reputation and authority are more important now than ever.”
