Chicago’s Stuck, which sound like DEVO and Talking Heads had a baby, have released the second single from their upcoming album. “Time Out” follows up the lead single/track “The Punisher”, and comes off of Freak Frequency, due out 25 May 2023 via Born Yesterday Records. It’s their sophomore LP after 2020’s Change Is Bad (not counting their 2021 Stuck on Audiotree Live album).
