Scotland’s Concept Car has returned with a new single and video “System Fault”. This is the first new music from the solo artist since their self-titled LP, which was released 06 Aug 2021 via Make-That-A-Take Records.
For the video, Concept Car sticks with the tried and true, once again populating it with footage of the artist hiking through the beautiful scenery of Scotland. However, this trip was only a 3/4 success, as
The footage was filmed on an ill-fated visit to Glen Nevis and an attempt to climb the 4 Munros that collectively make up the famous Ring of Steall circuit in the summer of 2021. However, due to the excessive heat on the day in question and my stupidity in not bringing enough water, I ended up only climbing 3 out the 4 hills and had to bail out early as I was suffering from both heat stroke and heat exhaustion (not fun). Despite this, I managed to capture footage of my climb up the first Munro, An Gearanach and thought I’d make use of it here.
