Superchunk‘s newest collection of B-sides, rarities, and other ephemera, titled Misfit & Mistakes: B-sides and Strays 2007-2023, is due out 24 Oct 2023. Leading up the release, the band has been (re)releasing songs that were previous obscure and/or hard to find. In this case, their cover of The Cure‘s “In Between Days,” which they covered live in The Onion A.V. Club's Under Cover series in 2010, really isn't either of those because the video of it is still floating around out there and can be found easily. But now the band is officially releasing it as a single from their upcoming collection.
The 50-song collection is due out 24 Oct 2023, and will be available on quadruple vinyl, double CD, digital download, and streaming. All those options and more can be found at this link page.
