NYC’s A Very Special Episode release their first new music of 2026 with “Suspirium.” It’s definitely a moody number, alternating between gentle and a heavier-than-a-ton-of-bricks dirge. There’s also an out-of-place, but not unwelcome, catchy break in the middle.
This is the second single from the band, following last year’s “Deaf Bones,” since their 2024 split EP with Desert Sharks.
