Chicago punks Take The Reins have a new “theatrical cut” video for “Last Stop Motel”. The original cut was released last week, and the track comes from their recent EP I’m At Your Door, released 04 Jul 2022 via Flat Aht Records. Per the band, the song and video “is about finding yourself mentally trapped in a place you can’t leave, due to your own poor choices. The darkly comedic video masquerades as a type of storefront, covering for the painful lyrics that occupy the speakeasy in the back.”
Directed by fellow Chicagoan Alex Zarek, the band has released a special extended theatrical cut of the video.
