It’s been a while, but Aussie punks Tawny Hawk (literally, imagine saying “Tony Hawk” in an Australian accent) have a new single. “27th Street” is the band’s first new music since their self-titled debut EP was released in Jul 2021, and features guest musician Al Wheeler on horns. It’s a fun song and, one can hope, is an indication that Tawny Hawk have more up their sleeves for 2023.
Visit them at Bandcamp to pick up a copy, or hear their debut EP. That EP is also on Spotify but, at the time of this post, the new single is not.
