Last week Maui and now parts of Mexico, southern California, and Nevada get hit by a hurricane? Oh, and as the hurricane was arriving LA got a double whammy of a 5.1 earthquake as well. Wow!

Here's the scoop: TGEFM staff are trying something a bit different for 2023. Instead of separate weekly playlists of what we've been listening to, we're launching a year-long playlist, one that will grow each and every week as we add more songs to it. Our requirements are to first submit one NEW song released within the past month, and then one song released at any time. If those two criteria are satisfied, then we also get to include ONE SONG EACH from any band we may have seen live the past week. We'll get the playlist updated on/around Sunday of each week.
