We’re doubling two weeks in a row again this time. I tell myself I need to be better about this, but this time I have a legit excuse as I ended up in the ER with a bevy of symptoms which put me into stroke protocol. Turns out it might be a sudden onset of acute vertigo, but it put me in a hole for about 7 hours and it was shit.

Here’s the scoop: TGEFM staff are trying something a bit different for 2023. Instead of separate weekly playlists of what we’ve been listening to, we’re launching a year-long playlist, one that will grow each and every week as we add more songs to it. Our requirements are to first submit one NEW song released within the past month, and then one song released at any time. If those two criteria are satisfied, then we also get to include ONE SONG EACH from any band we may have seen live the past week. We’ll get the playlist updated on/around Sunday of each week.
