NYC’s The Death Set have new single and video from their upcoming album. “No Where Is Here” is the second single from How To Tune A Parrot, which is due out 10 Sep 2021 via Cobraside and Behemoth Records. The single follows up “Elephant,” which was released 06 Aug 2021.

“No Where is Here” is a response to the feeling that you have nowhere to go. Remembering that no matter how fucked up the situation or head space is that I gotta start digging my way out, starting right here.
The video is a nostalgic look at the NYC DIY scene from 2006-2010. Show documenter Torsten Meyer gifted me with hours of old footage and it had to be made into something special. There’s a line in the song “I had to move far away, just to keep my head straight” and it got me thinking how ridiculous it would look playing guitar with a backwards head.
