July marks the 10th anniversary of the sudden passing of No Use For A Name frontman Tony Sly. To honor Tony, Australian melodic punks The Decline have released a cover of the classic NUFAN track “The Answer is Still No”, which was originally released on their 1997 LP Making Friends.
