The Menzingers are slated to headline the upcoming Lincoln Calling fest in Lincoln, NE later this month. To commemorate the event, and the 10th anniversary of their album On The Impossible Past, the band has teamed up with the Lincoln Calling organizers and Lincoln’s own Zipline Brewing to release a limited edition beer. The On The Impossible Past Pilsner will only be available at Zipline Brewing locations starting this coming Friday, 09 Sep 2022, as well as at all beer stations at the festival late this month.
Zipline’s Craig Reier says:
As a big fan of pilsners and a big fan of The Menzingers, I’m beyond thrilled we were able to create a unique beer for this special occasion. This is the kind of beer that goes great with live music, whether it’s in a big venue or a basement.
The pilsner is described as “a new take on an old classic: a traditional, crisp pilsner dry-hopped with next-generation hop Hallertau Blanc.”
So if you are in the Lincoln area, swing by Zipline to give it a taste.
