The Punk Cellist (Ian Legge) has released his newest “punk into cello” rendition, this time of A Wilhelm Scream‘s “The Rip.” The track is originally off of Mute Print, which was released in 2004 via Nitro Records.
While it is always a blast to watch Ian do what he does, of particular note is when multiple Punk Cellists start inhabiting your screen, and you can see the progress of hair loss on his bow. Fierce performance, that is!
Visit the Punk Cellist’s Youtube page here to check out more of his performances of hits by The Ramones, The Gaslight Anthem and Propagandhi; some of which include special guests.
