Ontario hardcore punk Body Minus Head are about a month out from their debut LP, An Exercise in Self-Sufficiency. That album is due out on 30 May 2025 via No Funeral Records.
The band follow up the announcement single “Less Than What You Once Held” with a new single “A Form More Rigid.” The promises made with that first track are definitely kept with this one. Keep your eyes on Body Minus Head. Good stuff!
Preorders for the album are up at the No Funeral Bandcamp page, with physical preorders at the No Funeral webshop. Body Minus Head have a linktree page, as well, including Bandcamp and streaming services.
the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, the SF/Bay Area, and now the Twin Cities. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
