UK pop-punk trio Trashed release their first new music since 2022’s Happy In Hindsight LP. “I’ll Stay Away” is a fun bit of catchy punk, with hooks, a nice heavy bass line, and comes with a video of the band in the studio along with assorted hijinks. I especially like the little bridge with the alternating yelling and peppy performance. A bit out of left field, and all the more welcome for it.
