Pennsylvania’s Pine Creek Academy keep kicking out the emo/power-punk tunes, and TGEFM is excited to premiere the newest single and video for their latest “Flying Saucer.”
“Flying Saucer” is a song about feeling lost in society. It relates to the troubles of getting older and how things are starting to change faster than before. The music video uses being abducted as a metaphor to how unrealistic things can seem at times. They try to find their way back home to a much simpler time. Backed by an energetic vibe, the music contrasts the true meaning of the song very well. Hopefully others can take away from the feeling this song gave us as a group.
And the video: It’s sci-fi masterpiece on par with 2001: A Space Odyssey!
