You knew this was coming. With UK melodic/power-punks Eat Defeat releasing an album on Bad Time Records imprint Uncle Style, it was only so long until Mike S. got a ska song out of them. I just never knew he’d have to turn to AI to do it.
Seriously, though, what we’ve got here is a new single, “We Live In A Society,” where they split the ska, the punk, and the melodic punk in equal parts (and probably blow a few circuits). It’s from their upcoming LP My Money’s On Me., which is due out 10 May 2024.
