To say that Doug Carrion has been around the punk and music scene is a bit of an understatement. He’s been an integral part of bands like Descendents, Dag Nasty, Kottonmouth Kings, and now Field Day. He’s composed music for film and television. He’s been pretty damn active, if you ask me.
For today’s WZW? Mike sat down with the legendary Doug Carrion to discuss his mighty discography, writing the instrumental to “Sour Grapes,” why Mike’s hometown is on Descendents’ shit list, and more.
