Quarantine cover band Wuttin Tarnation are back, and have dug pretty deep for their next cover track. The song is “A Life Without You (Is No Life At All)” and if that sounds vaguely familiar, but you can’t quite place it, let us help you out: it comes from the soundtrack of the 2007 John C. Reilly comedy (and Walk The Line parody) Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story.
The performance once again features Scott Reynolds (All, Goodbye Harry, The Pavers) on vocals, with the band made up of members of Just Like Them / Weaver Street, along with guest musicians on cello and violin to round out the performance. Check it out below, and visit the Wuttin Tarnation YouTube page for more of their covers.
the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
