Indie-punk stalwart and all-around great guy Jon Snodgrass has announced a new LP due out at the end of next month. Barge At Will is due out 29 Mar 2024, with limited edition vinyl available for preorder direct from his webshop (USA), SBÄM Records (EU), and Thousand Island Records (Australia and Canada).
Along with the announcement comes the first single “Crunching' the Numbers” which, in typical Snodgrass fashion, has a story behind it's inception:
I wrote that song at FEST walking between Bo Didley Plaza and Loosey's with Cresswell (The Flatliners). A year later I called Wollard (Hot Water Music) from the pool because I wanted both of my favorite dudes named Chris in on it. I mentioned ‘the pool' because it's the Stevenson family pool that only I have the pool pass to. Ha! Bill played drums and bass on this – obviously.
Also making guest appearances on the album are Peter “JR” Wasilewski (Less Than Jake), and Scott Reynolds (ALL).
